Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team in the manufacture of bespoke, ready to assemble furniture. DIY Alcove Cabinets is a fast paced growing business, operating from a modern workshop environment.
Duties
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently to fabricate components with precision.
- Perform tasks using a Martin panel saw, edge bander, spindle moulder, CNC's.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure design accuracy and timely completion of projects
- Assist with lifting and material handling to support efficient workflow in the workshop
Experience
- Proven experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or related woodworking trades
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools (drills, routers, sanders), and workshop machinery
- Ability to read drawings accurately
- Either the use of or programming of CNC's experience would be great
- Ability to create drawings and cutting lists from drawings would be a big advantage.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
