Jamieson Contracting is an award-winning construction company based in the North West and we are looking for multi skilled trades staff to join our team to fulfil on-going contracts.
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works
- Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled ability
- Possess a “can do attitude”
- Good time keeping
- An ability to work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- Available on a rota basis for out of hours emergency call outs
- Good administration skills
- IT skills use of hand held device
- Clean drivers licence

The successful candidate will have to undergo DBS checks and D&A screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling work to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
- Utilize hand and power tools for construction and repair projects, including roofing and masonry.
- Fabricate and install components as needed, adhering to safety standards.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a valid driving license.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage workload and project timelines.

Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour
