You'll provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across our office, warehouse and factory environments, working closely with production, engineering, logistics, quality assurance, warehouse operations and our global IT teams. It's a hands-on role for someone who's as comfortable fixing a laptop as they are troubleshooting a label printer on the shop floor.

- Support wireless network infrastructure, coordinate with equipment suppliers when specialist help is needed, and take part in root-cause analysis after operational incidents
- Help maintain local infrastructure (Windows Servers, file/print services, network switching, backups) and support site upgrade projects alongside global IT
- Provide day-to-day support for business and manufacturing applications, including ERP and warehouse systems, and manage related access requests
- Record and manage incidents, requests and changes through our ticketing system, and keep technical documentation up to date
Essential Skills:
- Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or infrastructure support role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID & Azure (and/or AWS), Intune and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable prioritising a varied workload across multiple sites and teams.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL and ServiceNow experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics or industrial environments
- Familiarity with Zebra or industrial label printers, handheld scanning devices, warehouse mobility solutions or industrial weighing systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server, virtualisation platforms, network switching/VLANs or wireless site surveys
We are looking for someone who is Positive and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. You stay calm under pressure during business-critical incidents, enjoy solving problems independently or as part of a team, and are open to the occasional out-of-hours call when production needs it.
Please note that the role is onsite.
Please note, we retain the right to close this vacancy or keep it open subject to volume and quality of applications. We would, therefore, encourage candidates to submit an application as soon as possible.
