Audit Semi Senior – Southampton
In this role, you’ll work on a variety of external audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients, getting involved from planning and fieldwork through to completion while continuing to develop towards Senior level.

We’re working with a well-established accountancy practice in Southampton that is looking to add an Audit Semi Senior to its growing team.

The Role
You'll work alongside experienced seniors and managers across a range of external audits, including:
- Assisting with audit planning, fieldwork and completion
- Working directly with clients and gathering information for assignments
- Completing audit testing across different financial statement areas
- Preparing clear and accurate audit working papers
- Taking ownership of sections of larger audits
- Supporting and reviewing junior team members as you develop
- Gradually progressing towards leading smaller audit assignments
About You
You'll need some previous external audit experience within a UK accountancy practice. You may be studying ACA/ACCA, part-qualified, or developing through experience.

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
