Job Overview
As a Hub Coordinator, you will play a key role in representing both The Recharge Hub and TEAM HQ.
This role goes far beyond front of house duties. We are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute towards the growth and success of the business, deliver exceptional member experiences and take ownership of specific areas within the Hub.
As the business grows, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, progression and additional hours.

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Operational Standards
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the Hub.
Member Experience
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience to every member and visitor.
- Conduct tours for prospective members and clients.
- Support membership sales, enquiries and onboarding processes.
- Manage bookings and member communications.
- Build strong relationships with members and help foster our community culture.
- Resolve member issues and concerns professionally and proactively.
Administration & Systems
- Managing business inboxes and enquiries.
- Supporting membership administration.
- Assisting with booking systems.
- Maintaining business documents and SOPs.
- Supporting reporting and KPI tracking.
- Supporting event administration and planning.
- Assisting with internal systems and processes.
Content & Community
- Assisting with social media scheduling.
- Capturing content within the Hub.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Helping coordinate community events and initiatives.
- Contributing ideas to help grow the business and strengthen member engagement.
Sales & Business Growth
- Actively contribute to the growth of The Recharge Hub and TEAM HQ.
- Identify opportunities to improve retention, referrals and member experience.
- Support sales initiatives and promotions.
- Take pride in helping the business succeed.
Additional Duties
- Undertake any additional duties required by the needs of the business.
- Support fellow team members and contribute positively to the culture of the business.
- Ensure all gym, wellness and front of house areas remain welcoming, organised and operational.
- Set up, reset and maintain wellness treatments and spaces.
- Assist with stock management and ordering supplies where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency and member experience.

Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High standards and a strong work ethic.
Flexible approach to working hours and business needs.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Sales experience, particularly within fitness, wellness or hospitality industries.
Experience with social media, content creation or marketing.
Experience with administration and systems.
Knowledge of gym equipment and fitness classes.
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
