We're looking for live-in carers to cover current assignments, and also be bank for future assignments. This specific role is for a live-in assignment based in Waterlooville.
NOTE: We are NOT providing sponsorship for this role. You will also be unable to do this role, if you're limited to do 20hrs extra per week (only applicable to those on a Skilled Workers VISA) - your application will be immediately rejected if you have limited working hours.
As per your preference, we have available either 2 weeks on and 1 week off. Otherwise, you can stay there permanently, or for a preferred amount of time. Please mention your preferred choice during interview.
This post is £800 per week. It includes 2hr breaks a day, but if you wish to work through those, the pay increases to £985.50 per week.
CAS Care Solutions are looking for lovely, caring individuals to join our ever growing team on full time, Live-In basis.
'What is included in my role?'
- Supporting clients' with their daily activities - such as personal care (assisting them to the toilet, to bathe/shower, brush their teeth, changing sanitary products, ensure they are wearing clean & dry clothes etc.), domestic duties (cleaning, dusting, hoovering, laundry, light gardening
- Helping people with mobility problems, learning disabilities or physical disabilities
- Helping people with eating and drinking, and ensuring their Nutrition & Hydration are a top priority, and documented (this includes making nutritious meals for the clients')
- Assisting with medication management, prompting & observing to take medication, or administering medication.
- Supporting with specialised care plans, tailored to their needs.
- Promoting people’s mental and physical activity - providing companionship, taking care of pets/walking pets (not mandatory, if uncomfortable), ensuring they have activities throughout the day (even if it's just relaxing with a book, or watching their favourite shows/movies)
- Writing detailed & person specific care notes for each care shift you go to, as well as identifying any changes in our clients' needs and informing the management of this.
- Remaining professional whilst working with the clients', but also creating a friendly rapport.

What we need from you…

- UK Driving License preferred but not required
