The Role
The primary focus of this role is packing finished products to the highest quality standards. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive products that meet our exacting specifications. In addition to packing duties, you will also be involved in operating production equipment and supporting manufacturing processes as required. Full training and support to be provided.
Hours
Mon - Fri
06:00 - 14:30 (30 min lunch break)
Please note that we do not close for bank holidays, except for Christmas. Annual leave per annum is 33 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished products accurately and efficiently in line with company quality standards.
- Carry out visual quality inspections and report any defects or concerns.
- Ensure products are labelled, packaged, and prepared for dispatch correctly.
- Operate designated machinery and production equipment safely following training.
- Complete production and quality records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Support colleagues across the production team as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of housekeeping.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or packing environment is desirable but not essential.
