This is a diverse and dynamic role managing multiple F&B and shop outlets at our holiday park in North Northumberland.
Waren Park (Meadowhead Parks) has been established for more than 50 years and is an active member of the Holiday & Residential Parks Association (HARPA).
We seek an experienced management professional who is comfortable out front and who thrives on delivering an excellent customer experience.
You will already have supervisory management experience and hospitality experience in managing within fast paced food, beverage and retail outlet operations.
The ideal candidate will already have an excellent understanding of food/kitchen, beverage and retail operations, will posses the know how to maximise and deliver profitability and will always seek to develop new skills.

- Hours: 45 hr average per week

- Accommodation: FOC - private, comfortable 2 bed static caravan located in quiet area of site. (est. £6k per annum).

Key Responsibilities of the Role
· Discharging the role professionally.
· Grow income, reduce overheads, closely track performance.
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
· Lead, inspire and train your team and encouraging a high quality service culture.
· Successfully control stock, pricing, wastage and security.
· Order stock and manage relationship with suppliers and service providers.
· Closely monitor customer feedback and improve.
· Manage all role associated and departmental statutory H&S requirements.
· Manage facilities quality standards.
