As a Breakfast Supervisor your duties will be:
- Welcome our guests and take their orders
- Set up the restaurant and tidy at the end of each shift
- Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas.
- Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
- Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff.
- Serve food and drinks
- Explain and advise guests of products and services.
- Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
- This position involves early morning shifts and weekends.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent customer service skills. Full training will be given.
