We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant to help create a great start to the day for our guests.
This is a guest-facing role where you'll support the delivery of breakfast service, provide exceptional hospitality and help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver friendly and professional service throughout breakfast service

Welcome guests and create a positive start to their day

Prepare and maintain breakfast service areas to a high standard

Replenish food and beverage items throughout service

Clear and reset tables efficiently and professionally

Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly

Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety

Support the setup and close-down of breakfast service

Follow health and safety, food safety and company procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Friendly, positive and professional approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
