The Role
We are looking for a calm, reliable Night Porter to oversee the property overnight. This role is centred around maintaining a quiet, secure and well-run environment, while providing discreet support to guests when needed.
You will act as the main point of contact overnight, ensuring the property remains safe, well-presented and ready for the day ahead.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main guest contact overnight, handling enquiries calmly and professionally

Support late arrivals and early departures with discretion

Monitor security across the property, including regular checks

Maintain a quiet, orderly environment for guests

Prepare reception and public areas for the morning team

Complete basic reporting and handover

Support light operational and housekeeping tasks where required
About You

Calm, dependable and comfortable working independently

Professional and approachable with guests

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Previous night porter, security or hospitality experience preferred

Flexible to work night shifts, including weekends
