At Haystack, we’re all about humble, hearty brunches and perfectly made coffee. Our kitchens are small and collaborative – everyone does everything, and no one is above any job. We want chefs who are hands-on, passionate, and proud to plate up great food.
Our café design is inspired by the rural, agricultural background of our founder, and we make a real effort to support local food producers wherever we can.
