Assistant Manager – Fresh Food Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our busy fresh food restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a fresh food restaurant.
- Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager is essential.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- A positive team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to support and motivate staff while maintaining high standards.
- Confident in handling day-to-day operations, customer service, and staff management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the daily running of the restaurant.
- Supporting and supervising the team to ensure excellent service standards.
- Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and health and safety standards.
- Helping with staff training, rota management, and performance.
- Delivering an outstanding experience for customers.
- Working closely with management to drive sales and maintain operational efficiency.
