Located on Mill Lane in Cardiff, Peppermint is part of the Creative Hospitality Group which currently has 6 venues across South Wales.
Peppermint is a stylish and fun cocktail bar, serving up creative cocktails, delicious food, warm hospitality, drinks packages, VIP bookings, a stunning gin garden and two DJs over two floors.

The Role
Peppermint Cardiff is looking for an experienced, driven and passionate Bar Manager to join our management team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional standards, and has a genuine passion for drinks, hospitality and developing people.
As Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, leading from the front while ensuring our bars operate efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards.
What We Expect From You
Fully competent at Senior Bartender role + including;
- Duty Management
- WSET Level 2 Advantageous
- Lead / Motivate and Develop the bar team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Propose & Organise Incentives
- Create Menu Matrix
- Stock Control (Invest, Order, Line check, etc)
- Monitor GP and minimise wastage through effective controls
- Checklist Upkeep.
- Stocking Policy execution
- Audit the bar
