Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable and experienced Returns Department Operatives to join the team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.
This role will involve processing customer returns within a modern warehouse environment, including checking returned items, assessing condition, updating systems accurately, repacking products where required and ensuring all returns are handled efficiently and to a high standard for our clients.
What Are We Looking For:
- Previous experience within returns, goods-in roles
- Experience warehouse administration (optional)
- Very good computer skills
- Quality checking would be key for this role
- Strong attention to detail
- Great attitude - CAN DO
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced fulfilment environment
