We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Chapeltown, Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team.
You’ll play an important role in helping our on-site operations run smoothly by supporting our inspectors, clerks of works, and clients throughout projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact for site inspectors and clients
- Monitoring inspection reports and ensuring timely submissions
- Auditing reports in line with quality assurance guidelines
- Coordinating inspections and communicating schedules
- Managing project information within our CRM system
- Sending instructions to inspectors and clerks of works
- Supporting project administration from start to finish
- Requesting customer feedback and testimonials
- Assisting with KPI reporting and wider team administration
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with colleagues and clients
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
Previous administration experience is desirable, but attitude and organisation are just as important.
