We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Warehouse Operations Team as a Senior Warehouse Operative.
In this role, you will primarily support the Goods Out Supervisor and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Goods Out area. You will play a key role in ensuring all customer orders are picked, checked and shipped accurately and on time, while leading and supporting the team to deliver against daily operational targets.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, combining operational duties with team leadership and coordination responsibilities.

Experience and Skills:

Significant previous warehouse experience is essential

Supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable - ability to communicate effectively across the organisation

Experience with SAP or similar systems would be advantageous

FLT licenses (Reach, Counterbalance, or HLOP) are desirable, although training can be provided

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and dispatch processes

Continuous improvement mindset
