About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our friendly and professional team as either a Qualified Dental Nurse or a Trainee Dental Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in dentistry or for a qualified nurse seeking to further develop their skills within a supportive practice environment.
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will work closely with dentists, hygienists, therapists, and foundation dentists to provide outstanding patient care. Trainee Dental Nurses will receive full support and guidance towards achieving a recognised dental nursing qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to a high clinical standard
- Ensuring all instruments, equipment, and materials are prepared and available for patient appointments
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and helping them feel comfortable and reassured
- Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control and decontamination procedures
- Keeping accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when required
- Working collaboratively with the wider dental team to deliver excellent patient care
- For trainee nurses, actively participating in training and completing coursework required for qualification
About You
For Trainee Dental Nurses:
- No previous dental experience is required, although customer service or healthcare experience would be beneficial
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing a career in dentistry
- Committed to undertaking and completing a recognised dental nursing qualification
For Qualified Dental Nurses:
- Hold a recognised dental nursing qualification
- GDC registered (or eligible to register)
- Previous experience in a dental practice

Pay: £25,445.42-£29,109.08 per year
