We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our warehouse in Poole, Dorset.

The Store Managers are responsible for driving the business, supporting and developing a highly engaged team, delivering exceptional customer service, Ensuring our customer is at the centre of everything we do.
Experience :
- Proven experience of retail/warehouse management
- An experienced people manager with strong leadership skills.
- Target driven
- Commercial awareness with effective decision making skills.
Key Accountabilities :
- Leading the team to be as commercial and cost effective as possible, seeing opportunities to drive sales, increasing profit across the store.
- Be motivated to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all daily warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
- Be motivated to increase sales and put in strategies to increase footfall
- Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting productivity
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Consistently review scheduling and team rotas to ensure the most effective use of resource.
- Establish expectations for all team members, giving regular feedback and supporting with development, identify and tackle performance issues in line with Company policies.
- Knowledge of Social media channels an advantage
- Forklift licence (an advantage but not essential)
- Have a friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Administration skills

Pay : £35,000.00 per year - Sales target performance to be achieved within the 6 months probation period.
Pay: £35,000.00-£37,595.00 per year
