Derby Homes are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Investment and Maintenance Team, to provide an enhanced level of technical assistance. To include system reports, data analysis, updating components, and energy data. Whilst also undertaking property surveys, buildings insurance, and assisting on projects, ensuring works conform to current regulations and specifications.
We envisage development of the candidate within the team.
The candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills to deal with queries and questions that the tenants, colleagues and contractors may have.
