Job description
Eutek Group Ltd is retail oriental foods and Nails products. Our Shop Assistants will need to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities to excel at their job:
- Picking & Packing On-line orders
- Receiving, unpacking, restocking
- Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
- Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
- Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
- Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Performing periodic price, BBE date audits to resolve price discrepancies & expiry date
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Skills and qualifications
Our Shop Assistants will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications to perform their duties effectively. These typically include:
- Preferably speaks English and either of Vietnam or Indonesia or Mandarin /Cantonese or Thai language
- Strong team spirit
- Sales and persuasive skills
- Customer service and good interpersonal skills
