ABOUT M.R.F.A.
M.R.F.A. is a leading football academy, dedicated to providing elite coaching to aspiring players aged between four and 14. Since its establishment in 2013, M.R.F.A. has grown into a thriving academy that prioritizes player development, high-quality coaching, and creating pathways for young footballers to reach their full potential.
We currently operate nine Development Centres across Essex and Hertfordshire, supporting over 300 players aged 4 to 14. Our Development Centres are led by highly qualified coaches, including UEFA A and UEFA B license holders, ensuring that every player receives top-tier training in a structured and progressive environment. Our player-focused curriculum covers key technical, tactical, and physical aspects of the game, helping players refine their skills to aid their grassroots teams and prepare them for higher levels of football.
For players demonstrating exceptional ability, we also run an Advanced Development Centre, designed to provide a higher-tier coaching experience for elite players with the potential to progress into our sister club, FC Evolution. This centre bridges the gap between grassroots football and academy-level play, offering a challenging and professional environment for talented young athletes.
Beyond our weekly coaching programmes, M.R.F.A. delivers engaging and high-energy holiday courses at three locations across Essex during every half-term. These courses are designed to be both fun and educational.
With a team of expert coaches, state-of-the-art facilities, and a commitment to developing well-rounded players, M.R.F.A. continues to be a leading force in youth football development, shaping the next generation of players while fostering a love for the game.
