We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Fixed shift:
Every Friday and Saturday 8pm-1am
Be able to cover holiday shift of other staff.

Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and beverages accurately and efficiently to customers at the bar
- Take orders and handle cash transactions with precision using basic maths skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Ensure all alcohol service complies with legal requirements and responsible serving policies
- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with setting up for events or busy periods
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating good time management during peak hours
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent communication and serving skills, with a friendly demeanour
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- A personable attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or special events as required
