We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help create memorable mornings for our guests. Whether it's perfectly cooked eggs, freshly baked pastries, or seasonal dishes that showcase the best local ingredients, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for the day ahead.
Corsham House is a new wine-led townhouse in the heart of historic Corsham, combining a lively brasserie, boutique bedrooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We want guests to feel relaxed, looked after and genuinely delighted by their experience - and that starts in the kitchen.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of our breakfast service, preparing and serving dishes with care, consistency and attention to detail. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and wider team, helping to ensure every guest receives the same warm welcome on the plate as they do at the door.
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves cooking and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys the pace and energy of a busy breakfast service
- Is organised, reliable and happy working independently
- Values seasonal ingredients and simple food done well
- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
- Has previous professional kitchen experience (although personality and passion matter just as much)
