Job Details:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be very flexible and can be full or part-time starting on temporary basis, with the potential of progressing to a permanent position.
You will be a passionate about making a difference to childrens lives, be eager to innovate and raise standards and reach the end goal. Must have a good sense of humour, the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.
To be successful for this Cover Supervisor position, you will:
- Have some understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
- Have good behaviour management experience.
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Have a passion for working with young people.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
- Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.
