We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office and Welfare Cleaner to join our team. This vital role ensures that our workplace remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, demonstrating a proactive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety across our office and welfare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, floors, windows, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of welfare facilities such as kitchens, restrooms, changing areas, and break rooms.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Dispose of waste responsibly by emptying bins and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination during cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules.
