The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to join our store in Cheshire Oaks on a part time basis, covering Saturdays and Sundays.
As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities will be:
- To provide excellent Customer service including greeting customers, answering questions and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales goals
- Operate cash registers, point of sales purchases and balance drawers
- Advise customers on products and services for their needs
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of store
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities and experience:
- Passionate about the Sunspel brand and a deep passion for fashion and luxury
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly motivated
- A team-player with self-initiative; take active involvement in your own learning and take ownership of your part in the team dynamic
- Well presented with an understanding of the Sunspel brand
- Keep up-to-date and have in-depth knowledge of product; communicate positively about the history and heritage of the brand and the quality of the clothing
- Proven retail experience in fashion
- Experience of customer service and sales
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic arithmetic skills
Please note, this is a part-time position of 16 hours per week, primarily covering weekends. Flexibility to provide additional cover during the week would be advantageous.
