Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and customer retention.
- Analyse customer feedback and communicate valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Track customer success metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and internal platforms.
