We’re on the lookout for experienced and reliable Freelance Drivers and Event Managers to join our incredible team at GOTO Events — one of the UK’s leading team-building and corporate events companies. All vehicles leave our unit in Poole, Dorset to go to events.
From September, things go BIG. This is our peak season, and availability during these months is key. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love variety, this is where you’ll shine.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of the action:
- Driving high top, long wheel based vehicles
- Setting up and packing down event equipment
- Supporting and coordinating with your team
- Communicating confidently and positively with clients
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting on the spot
- Helping us to deliver seamless, high-energy events every time
If you love being hands-on, working as part of a team, and seeing the results of your effort immediately — you’ll fit right in.
What We’re Looking For:
- Drivers – Must be 25+ with a maximum of 3 points on your licence. No previous experience required! Just bring energy, reliability and a good level of fitness (you’ll be handling equipment).
- Event Managers – Experienced leaders who can take charge and deliver excellence under pressure.
Most importantly? We want motivated, dependable people who bring great attitude and team spirit.
Pay & Flexibility
- Minimum £155 per day
- Pay rates vary depending on event duration, location and level of responsibility
- Work is seasonal, so while there’s no guarantee of full-time hours, peak season is busy and rewarding
