Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with flexibility

Bridge Oak is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Regional Admissions Coordinator to join our team and support admissions across a portfolio of 10 residential and nursing homes.
This is a Yorkshire-wide regional role, covering homes across North, South, East and West Yorkshire, alongside responsibility for one additional home in Stoke-on-Trent.
You will play a key role in supporting our homes to maximise occupancy, manage enquiries and referrals, and ensure prospective residents and their families receive a warm, professional and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to admission.
About the Role
Working closely with Home Managers and the wider Bridge Oak team, you will take a proactive approach to managing admissions, developing referral relationships and supporting our homes to achieve their occupancy targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supporting the admissions process across 10 residential and nursing homes.
- Managing new enquiries, referrals and prospective resident leads.
- Working closely with Home Managers to identify and maximise available beds.
- Building strong relationships with prospective residents, families and their representatives.
- Developing relationships with local authorities, hospitals, social workers, health professionals and other referral sources.
- Conducting visits and meetings with prospective residents and their families.
- Supporting homes to convert enquiries into admissions and maintain strong occupancy levels.
- Ensuring enquiries and admissions activity are followed up promptly and recorded accurately.
- Identifying opportunities to generate new referrals and strengthen the profile of Bridge Oak homes within their local communities.
- Monitoring admissions activity, occupancy and enquiry conversion across your portfolio.
- Providing regular updates and feedback to the Regional and Senior Management teams.
- Sharing best practice across the homes and supporting Home Managers with their admissions activity.
- Travelling regularly across North, South, East and West Yorkshire, as well as to the Stoke-on-Trent home.
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and relationship-focused, with a genuine interest in working within the care sector.
You may already have experience in care home admissions, care home sales, business development, customer relationship management or a similar role within health and social care.
You will be commercially aware and understand the importance of occupancy, while always maintaining a resident and family-focused approach.
You'll need to be:
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident building relationships with families and professional referral sources.
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple homes and priorities.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of occupancy and admissions.
- Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively across the region.
- A full UK driving licence holder.
