Reign is seeking a talented and charismatic Mixologist/Bartender/Server to join our sophisticated team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafted cocktails, exceptional hospitality, and attention to detail. As part of our front-of-house team, you will help create an elevated yet welcoming experience, delivering outstanding drinks and service that reflect the premium standards of Reign.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as premium wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, to exacting standards.
- Provide a warm, professional, and engaging service to every guest, ensuring their experience feels personal and memorable.
- Maintain a pristine, well-organised bar and service area, ensuring all glassware, equipment, and ingredients are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol and adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock and inventory levels, reporting any shortages or maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Accurately process transactions, demonstrating reliability and strong numerical skills when handling payments.
Skills & Attributes
- Genuine passion for mixology, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and beverage trends.
- Previous experience in an upscale bar, cocktail lounge, or restaurant is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- A polished, professional appearance with a friendly and confident demeanour.
- Strong organisational and basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements.
