Nursery Assistant – Little Rays Nursery, Ballymena
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys helping children learn, develop, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- 4 days per week
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare & Education, or a willingness to work towards this qualification
- Essential Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (or equivalent), with evidence available upon request
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over in line with minimum standards
- Previous nursery experience is desirable
If you work 21 hours or more per week in a childcare setting, you may be eligible to complete your qualification through the ApprenticeshipNI programme.
