Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming teacher (3 years experience) to join our team term time on a Wednesday afternoon. As a Swimming teacher, you will play a vital role in teaching students how to swim, promoting water safety, and helping them develop their swimming skills. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and have a passion for swimming.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and skills
- Assist students in overcoming fears and building confidence in the water
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student achievements
Skills:
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes
- Experience working with students, preferably in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate swimming techniques
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies for working with children
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching swimming
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate swimming skills and assist students in the water
Pay: £17.00 per hour
