We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Manager to lead our Cut Production – Red Team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality fresh herbs to our customers while creating a positive, high-performing team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You'll be:

Leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve their best.

Ensuring our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.
- Keeping production running efficiently while reducing waste and improving performance.

Supporting your team through coaching, training, performance management and attendance.

Working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

Driving continuous improvement and looking for smarter ways of working.

Taking ownership of shift performance, safety, quality and costs.
