The Person

The Role
To oversee the housekeeping operations and assist the Housekeeping Manager. The Deputy Housekeeping Manager will Ensure our Guests feel like they are our extended family. They will assist with making The Fellows House Glisten, whilst allowing the team to display their existing talents whilst growing and embracing new skill sets.
Key responsibilities
- Speak with the team to discuss their day’s duties
- Work allocation reports completed
- Front of House Areas quality checked against set criteria
- Arrival bedrooms set and ready for our guests
- Training of current and new team to allow self-growth of the team
- Discuss and bring alive The Fellows House Values
- Report any concerns and work to effectively resolve matters efficiently
Requirements
- UK citizen or valid work permit
- Previous experience in leadership and hospitality
