Part-Time Property Maintenance Operative – 16 hours Per Week
Location: Lincoln (some work in Gainsborough, Newark & Sleaford)
Pay: National Minimum Wage Days: Flexible (16 hours per week)
LWR Group Ltd are looking for a reliable and practical individual to carry out general maintenance work within rental properties.
The role is mainly based in Lincoln, with some work in Gainsborough, Newark and Sleaford, so you must be happy to travel. The Role Includes:
●General property maintenance
●Putting up curtain poles, blinds & fixtures
●Basic gardening & external tidying
●Decorating & touch-up painting
●Resealing bathrooms & kitchens
●Small repairs and general handyman tasks
There may also be occasions where you are required to assess jobs and provide basic estimates/quotes, particularly to provide holiday cover, so experience in estimating or quoting work would be beneficial.
Requirements:
●Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
●Some of your own basic tools
●Confident working independently
●Good problem-solving skills
●Reliable, trustworthy and professional
●Comfortable working in occupied and empty rental properties
●Basic plumbing skills (e.g. changing taps, minor repairs)
●Ability to repair windows and change glazing preferred
●Estimating/quoting experience advantageous
