Classic London is a specialist provider of commercial window cleaning, façade maintenance and facilities services across some of London's most prestigious commercial buildings.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking to recruit two experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisors to play a key role in leading our expanding rope access division.
This is more than another rope access role. We are looking for leaders who take pride in delivering exceptional work, maintaining the highest safety standards and developing high-performing teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading rope access operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
Duties will include:
- Supervising and carrying out commercial rope access window and facade cleaning.
- Planning and coordinating daily site operations.
- Leading and mentoring IRATA Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
- Ensuring full compliance with IRATA ICOP, HSE legislation and company procedures.
- Completing site-specific risk assessments and rescue planning.
- Liaising professionally with clients, site managers and building management teams.
- Carrying out equipment inspections and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the rope access division.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Current IRATA Level 3 qualification.
- Extensive commercial rope access experience.
- Proven experience supervising rope access teams.
- Window cleaning experience on commercial buildings.
- Strong understanding of IRATA ICOP and current health and safety legislation.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable:
- SAEMA.
- IPAF.
- PASMA.
- First Aid at Work.
- Experience with leak detecting and remedials.
- Experience delivering façade inspections, maintenance or specialist access works.
- Experience helping to grow or manage operational teams.
