We are hiring for a full time Parts Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy service/parts departement and be the crucial link between our customers and suppliers.
Strong IT proficiency with meticulous attention to detail is a prerequiesite of the role.
The position is open to a wide variety of candidates with experience in both customer service/administrative offices and sales/service departements. Experience would be prefered however full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, ordering and chasing parts
- Liasing with engineers and parts suppliers
- Assisting with quoting as required using set templates and customer portals
- Booking in delivered parts and updating on the system
- The successful applicant will aslo be responsible for answering calls during busy periods and assisiting in the general day-to-day running of the office
