Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Your role will also involve mentoring junior staff when applicable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair styling, cutting, and colouring services to clients
- Maintain an organised front desk, managing appointments and client inquiries efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to Salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
- Assist in the overall management of the Salon, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with relevant qualifications, but not always essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in front desk operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for mentoring others and helping them grow in their careers.
