Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive
Buffalo Machines is a fast-growing UK machinery supplier specialising in construction and agricultural equipment. We’re looking for an ambitious Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales, marketing, content creation and customer engagement. You’ll be speaking directly with customers, helping generate new business, creating content for our social channels and getting involved in the day-to-day marketing of our machinery range.
It’s an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants real responsibility, varied experience and the opportunity to develop across both sales and marketing within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and follow up new sales leads through calls, email, social media and other channels
- Speak with prospective customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable machinery
- Coordinate and manage machine viewings with prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Support customers throughout the sales process and provide excellent after-sales service
- Help create engaging content for social media, including photos, videos and product-focused posts
- Assist with managing and growing Buffalo Machines' presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, new product launches and other marketing activities
- Help develop new ideas for promoting our products and reaching new customers
- Learn our machinery range and develop a strong understanding of the construction and agricultural equipment industries
- Work closely with the wider team to contribute to the continued growth of Buffalo Machines
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers both over the phone and face-to-face
- Comfortable using social media and interested in creating engaging content
- A proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and get involved across different areas of the business
- Good written English and attention to detail
- An interest in machinery, construction, agriculture or forestry is beneficial but not essential
- Previous sales or marketing experience is beneficial but not required
