The position requires 15 hours (over 2-3 days per week) and the salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

We are looking to recruit a qualified Practice Nurse to join our established nursing team. As a training practice we offer a supportive environment for continuing professional development.
Some of the duties include:
- Cervical Smears
- Chronic Disease Management
- General Health Advice
- Immunisations (eg. Travel / Childhood / Flu )
- Wound Care
Working with the GP team undertaking nursing assessments to provide appropriate care/treatment according to Practice policy, protocols etc.
Ensure all data protection requirements are met when gathering, recording and storing patient data.
