About the Role
Wildworx designs and builds some of the UK's finest bespoke campervans. We're looking for a Junior Upholsterer to join our growing team and help create premium interiors for our high-end conversions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some upholstery, sewing or practical workshop experience who wants to develop their skills further. Full training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who already has a good eye for detail and confidence working with materials and tools.
ResponsibilitiesMaterial Preparation
- Measure, mark and cut materials accurately using templates.
- Prepare automotive materials including leather, vinyl, carpet and foam.
- Ensure materials are prepared efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Upholstery & Trimming
- Strip and prepare vehicle seats and interior panels.
- Re-trim automotive seating, beds and interior panels using premium materials.
- Assist with fitting bespoke upholstery throughout our campervan conversions.
- Learn to produce patterns and templates for new seating, beds and interior panels.
Sewing
- Operate industrial sewing machines.
- Sew a variety of automotive materials including leather, vinyl and technical fabrics.
- Produce high-quality bespoke upholstery to a consistent standard.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Some previous experience in upholstery, sewing, furniture manufacturing, automotive trimming or a similar practical role.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- A willingness to learn and improve every day.
- Good practical skills and confidence using hand tools.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
Experience with industrial sewing machines or automotive upholstery would be an advantage but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: £12.21-£20.78 per hour
