Core tasks:
-Maintenance and servicing management
· Monitoring of all facilities (technical machinery, furniture, fixtures and equipment) in terms of condition and functionality
· First-response troubleshooting
· Responsibility for most efficient and effective repair of defects and damages
· Coordination of all required services with external companies
-Quality control management
· Implementation, improvement and assurance of quality and process standards
-Health and safety management
· Ensuring adherence to all standards in the fields of fire prevention, health and safety, hygiene
