We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of tenanted properties, including Kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized effectively.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements.
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Restock supplies and other consumables as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies during all cleaning activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in tenanted properties cleaning or caretaker roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties in various environments throughout the shift.
