About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position involving a mix of supervisory responsibilities and hands-on care support within the community. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care delivery, supporting care staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake supervisory duties 3 days per week across services covering our beautiful areas in Norwich and surrounding areas and 2 days per week supporting care delivery in the community, ensuring a hands-on understanding of service quality.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to care staff
- Supervise and monitor care services in line with agreed standards and regulations
- Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and best practice
- Support the domicillary care team and promote staff wellbeing, learning, and development
- Participate in on-call duties including some evenings and weekends
- Assist in the efficient running of the service and contribute to continuous improvement
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of all individuals we support

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
