Excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a high quality Claims and Risk Management business

What will you be responsible for:
- Acknowledge receipt of new instructions from internal clients
- Data Entry into AGATHA System
- Allocation of most appropriate supplier for each new instruction.
- Interact with Surveyors/Adjusters/Claims Handlers and Suppliers to meet agreed timescales
- Upload / forward SI & Monitoring reports to clients electronically
- Raising of ProSITE invoices for SI & Level Monitoring services and issue internally.
- Liaise closely with Suppliers via the telephone and email to ensure smooth operation of systems and processes
- Handle incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, deal with any queries and escalate if required
- Raise and escalate any Supplier issues with the Head of Supply Chain as they arise
- Attend Supplier meetings with Head of Supply Chain as required.
- Ad hoc support to Head of Supply Chain.
What we need from you:
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative function with an underwriting environment would be advantageous
- Strong administration skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with an ability to articulate complex issues
- Good technical and problem-solving skills with an eye for identifying solutions
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
- Quality driven with high levels of attention to detail
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and confident, ability to be assertive and persistent when required
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good commercial acumen

Pay: £26,400.00-£30,000.00 per year
