An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-established, family-friendly law firm based in Walsall. This is a full-time, permanent position within a supportive and welcoming conveyancing team.

The Role
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team. Duties will include:

Handling initial conveyancing quotes and opening new files

Liaising with clients and other solicitors involved in the transaction

Preparing client care letters and legal documents

Providing secretarial and administrative support across the conveyancing department
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and values quality service over high-volume caseloads.
The Person
To be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary job in Walsall, you should ideally have:

A minimum of 12 months’ experience in conveyancing support

Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills

Good IT and case management system knowledge

Experience in a new business department (desirable but not essential)
You should also be based in Walsall or the surrounding West Midlands area.
