Our client is now recruiting for a Property Manager to join their talented team in a portfolio management role overseeing Factoring services to residential property developments across Glasgow and the West.

Key duties will include:-
- Ensuring a responsive and customer led Property Factoring service to owners within your portfolio
- Making sure reactive repairs are actioned quickly and customers kept updated
- Co-ordinating contractors and building strong relationships
- Management of planned maintenance works consulting with owners/owners groups
- Carrying out regular property inspections and actioning findings
- Professionally handling and resolving any client problems and complaints
- Carrying out meetings with customers to ensure service satisfaction
- All connected office administration and working alongside colleagues across the business
Candidates should have experience in property management, a factoring background is an advantage but not essential with applicants welcome from other areas of property. Its important you have excellent communication skills, confident IT abilities and a well organised approach. Driving licence with use of own car required (mileage/expenses paid).
