Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team at our Stirling Depot. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our service and parts department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient parts management. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted provider of ATV and utility vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts for ATVs, UTVs, and groundcare equipment.
- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed to ensure availability.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote parts sales and special offers.
- Ensure the workshop’s parts needs are met promptly.
- Support the overall efficiency of the parts department through organised processes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in parts sales or customer service within the automotive or outdoor vehicle industry.
- Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work well with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of ATV, UTV, or utility vehicle components is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills.

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,448.00 per year
