The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Office Manager to join our Trust and contribute to our shared vision of educational excellence. Some flexibility around start and finish times may be considered, where this has minimal impact on service delivery.

The successful candidates will:
- have welcoming personality and be able to communicate well both with adults and children
- have experience of using various MS Office packages
- have experience of undertaking wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks, including financial procedures and responsibilities
- be able to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the academy
- support the business function and Leadership Team in implementing the academy & trust policies and procedures
- be able to commit to working across multiple location and travel to academies where support is needed, if required
- Initiative to respond to unexpected problems using recognised procedures and policies as a guide
